The Project
We are seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central Time) to work on a project for a digital services company.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert functional and technical support for the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time module across multiple countries.
- Ensure the EC Time solution design and build meet both functional and technical requirements.
- Configure and maintain EC Time settings in line with project and business needs.
- Document all system settings, configurations, and design decisions in a clear and structured way.
- Support and participate in testing activities, including validation of the developed solution.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation and handover.
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time implementation.
- Strong knowledge of EC Time configuration and deployment.
- Proven expertise in solution design and process optimization.
- Experience working on global implementation projects.
- Familiarity with functional analysis within SAP SuccessFactors (nice to have).
- Experience working in multi-country implementations (nice to have).
- Proficiency in other SAP modules (nice to have).
- English level: C1 or higher.
