Project Manager (M/F) – GreenVenture

Join the renewable energy team as a Project Manager, leading technical solutions and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Define technical solutions for storage, SCADA, and biometane projects.

- Support technical‑administrative tasks, ensuring legal, environmental and safety compliance.

- Coordinate daily operations and maintenance, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety.

- Monitor and analyze production KPIs, identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

- Implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, managing human, material and spare parts resources.

- Maintain effective communication between internal teams, management and regulatory entities.

- Prepare and analyze operational, financial and environmental reports for decision‑making.

- Assess and mitigate operational, financial and safety risks, fostering a culture aligned with company values.

Qualifications

- Higher education in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation or Renewable Energy Engineering.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles.

- Project management or construction certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

- Experience with MS Project, AutoCAD and SAP.

- Fluent in English.

- Result‑oriented mindset.
