Growth Manager - Samlino Group

Join our dynamic team in the fast-paced fintech space and take charge of growth initiatives across four markets. You’ll be headquartered in sunny Lisbon but will travel regularly to be on the ground in our other locations.

Your Responsibilities

- Set ambitious yet achievable goals, develop strategic plans and execute with urgency to deliver measurable outcomes.

- Own projects or tasks from inception to completion, including defining objectives, plans and deliverables.

- Identify potential bottlenecks, develop mitigation strategies and drive accountability across the team.

- Champion a results‑driven culture within the organization.

- Build, coach and empower high‑performing teams, delivering 5‑star experiences to users and partners.

- Manage project‑based assignments with clear objectives across different geographies.

- Deep dive into value creation, process improvement and organizational growth.

- Think creatively, brainstorm and strategize to challenge the status quo and accelerate momentum and efficient scaling.

Start date and travel

Flexible start date. This role covers all four markets, so regular travel will be part of the position, including extended stays on site with teams across locations.
