TLG Global is an international group with over 40 years of experience in real estate development, hospitality, and residency‑by‑investment programs, with operations in Lisbon.

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Business Development Team, bringing proven experience in the real estate sector, strong market insight, and the ambition to grow within a dynamic, international organization.

Expectations

- Promote our hospitality appliances, procurement services, and hospitality software solutions in the Portuguese and broader European markets.

- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.

- Support and guide clients, providing consultations and assistance.

- Build and maintain relationships with partners.

- Travel for meetings and events to represent the company.

Requirements

- Experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development.

- Experience or knowledge in hospitality business development.

- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently.

- Fluent in English – Mandatory.

- Fluent in Portuguese – Mandatory.
