ServiceNow Business Analyst / Product Manager

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Product Manager to help drive the Order Management and SPM product design and implementation activities in Amadeus. This project is hybrid in Lisbon or Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 6+ years of experience in the Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner role on the ServiceNow platform;
2. Experience with Order Management (Product catalog, product configuration, ordering, and orchestration);
3. Strategic Portfolio Management (Project Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Planning, and Agile Development);
4. Good overall knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform;
5. Experience in designing Target Operating Models;
6. Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies and in particular SAFe;
7. Experience with CSDM and large service management transformation projects is a significant plus;
8. Experience with project management and agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint;
9. Fluent in English.
