Bring your passion for helping people to a vibrant customer-focused team supporting the home and lifestyle sector. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and emails from French-speaking customers. Assist with orders, deliveries, warranties, and product inquiries. Provide accurate information and create delightful customer experiences. Record interactions and follow up professionally. What were looking for: Fluent French (C2) and English (C1). Prior customer service or retail/hospitality experience preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to work rotational shifts Monday-Saturday (07:00-19:00). Working style & benefits: On-site in Lisbon (remote option only for residents already in Portugal). Disponible pour travailler du lundi au samedi (07:00 19:00, par roulement). Conditions de travail : Poste sur site à Lisbonne (option télétravail uniquement pour les résidents au Portugal). Aide à la relocalisation possible. Formation complète et environnement international convivial. Candidats situés dans un rayon de 60 km de Lisbonne bienvenus.
