Pedido Pedido de Recrutamento Externo Função Pretendida: Choose an item.Outro: Product Owner - Business AnalystNível: Consultor Júnior - Entre 1 a 3 anosHabilitações: LicenciaturaHorário de trabalho: Normal: ☒  Turnos: ☐ Diferenciado: ☐Detalhe: Principais tarefas a desenvolver: - Apoiar o Product Manager na definição, clarificação e prioritização do backlog de produto (épicos, features, user stories, critérios de aceitação, definition of done, definition of ready).- Recolher, analisar e documentar requisitos de negócio e regulatórios junto de stakeholders internos (negócio, risco, compliance, operações) e externos (participantes, schemes, regulador).- Mapear processos de negócio "as is" e "to be" relacionados com pagamentos instantâneos, CSM e integração com TIPS, propondo melhorias.- Traduzir requisitos funcionais e não funcionais em especificações compreensíveis para equipas técnicas (arquitetura, desenvolvimento, QA).- Apoiar na definição de regras de negócio, SLAs/SLOs, cenários de exceção, gestão de incidentes e reporting regulatório/operacional.- Preparar e manter documentação funcional (casos de uso, fluxos, modelos de dados de alto nível, manuais de negócio).- Definir e validar critérios de aceitação, apoiar na elaboração de casos de teste de certificação e de negócio e participar em pilotos com utilizadores/participantes.- Suportar a comunicação contínua entre negócio e equipas técnicas, ajudando a clarificar dúvidas e a gerir expectativas.Competências e Conhecimentos técnicos obrigatórios: - Experiência comprovada como business analyst em particular na área de pagamentos ou sistemas financeiros de missão crítica.- Conhecimentos de pagamentos SEPA, idealmente SEPA Instant Credit
