Responsibilities Join TeamViewer as Sales Compensation Analyst (all genders) and be responsible for analyzing sales data and trends, evaluating the effectiveness of current compensation plans, and recommending changes to improve sales results. This role also involves collaborating with various departments, such as Finance and HR, to ensure compensation plans align with our overall business goals. Analyze sales data and determine appropriate target achievement of individual sellers and teams Create and implement efficient processes for calculation and distribution of sales compensation Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of current compensation plans, making recommendations for improvements as needed Establish automated tools to increase transparency on target achievement for sellers and improve accuracy of calculation Provide guidance and support to sales teams and managers on compensation-related issues Collaborate with other departments, such as Finance and HR, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales compensation calculations Requirements 2+ years experience in sales operations, preferably sales compensation or any controlling-equivalent position Strong data analysis skills with experience analyzing complex data sets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong understanding of sales compensation calculation best practices Experience in Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP), Salesforce, Tableau, Everstage and Excel Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a plus Degree in business, economics, finance or similar Enthusiasm, resilience, willingness to learn, and team spirit are among your main strengths Experience with tools and systems for sales compensation is a plus What we offer Onsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start Great compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus or sales bonus, company stocks and regular salary reviews Premiums for the private pension plan (BAV) up to the maximum amount are topped up by TeamViewer Public transport friendly offices Option to lease an e-bike (Germany only) Special terms for local gyms Access to Corporate Benefits platform  with many discounts Regular Team events and company-wide celebrations Open door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches Hybrid and Flexible work time with up to 50% home office Work From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country We celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us TeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
