Our exclusive services are tailored to those with a winning mindset, enabling our clients to achieve explosive business growth. Role Description This is a full-time remote position as an E-Commerce Branding Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for research and mapping of our client's website and social media approach. E-commerce brands are different than corporate, so creativity and innovation and key here. Qualifications Strong expertise in design and e-commerce with a proven ability to develop and implement branding strategies. Excellent Research Skills, with the capability to evaluate market trends and data to inform strategic decisions. Exceptional Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, articulate ideas, and collaborate within teams. Proven experience in Customer Service with a focus on building positive relationships and strengthening brand loyalty. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines efficiently. Experience with viral social media content on Instagram and TikTok.
