**What you’ll do**:
You will report directly to our Global Head of Talent Acquisition and collaborate closely with our People & Culture and Marketing teams in order to define strategies to attract new talent and to help MANTA become an Employer of Choice for the talent community.
Participate and organize all MANTA’s employer branding activities and initiatives: external events, open houses, job fairs, conferences, meet-ups, etc., acting as an organizer and a company’s advocate in supporting the talent acquisition team evangelizing about our employer brand.
You will work closely with the Brand Marketing team when it comes to MANTA’s brand, visuals and content production.
You will work closely with the Office team on our SWAG projects.
Design the communications in terms of image and content for our social media pages.
Document our best practices and policies on internal platforms, promoting a transparent communication process.
Own the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) project together with our Head of Talent Acquisition and P&C VP.
Design the cold outreach strategy and nurturing campaigns to be implemented by recruiters and sourcers.
You will be an active presence in different local talent communities.
Manage our image and video repository platform.

**Who you are**:
You have at least 3 years experience in a similar role in an IT fast paced growing company;
You have impressive storytelling skills;
You don’t need to have a recruitment or HR background, but you definitely identify with our species;
Bachelor’s Degree/Master in Communication or similar field;
You move fast, you’re agile and you’re not afraid to test, make mistakes and test again;
Graphic design and photography skills, or at least an affinity for that area;
Photo and video editing knowledge;
Content writing skills;
Organized, methodical and attentive to detail;
Fluent in English;
