Senior Employer Brand Manager

**In this role, you will**:

- Own and drive the overall OLX Employer Brand strategy as well as country specific strategies to position OLX as one of the biggest tech players in Europe and a great place to work. Our goal is to be recognized as the employer of choice in Europe
- Ensure the OLX Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is appealing, memorable, and accurately reflects who we are.
- Lead and develop a small, people-focused team by setting a clear vision and nurturing growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Communications Department, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and Employee Experience teams.
- Partner with TA Managers for PDT, Commercial and Executive to identify key talent needs and develop tailored recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead the creation of employer brand content for social media channels and the OLX careers page, managing content creators within the employer brand team and collaborating with the Brand and Communications team and external partners.
- Lead the OLX Vibe Ambassadors program.
- Own the overall Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding events calendar and budget, both internally and externally.
- Ensure timely reporting and measurement of employer branding initiatives.

**What you will need to be successful in this role**:

- 5+ years of experience in employer branding within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successful employer branding campaigns, particularly in Poland and other European markets.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (Polish is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members with a people-centric approach.
- Creative thinking with a history of developing innovative recruitment marketing campaigns.
