To learn more and sign up, visit Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Development Representative. As an SDR, you will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. This role is mostly remote. Qualifications Experience in inside sales, lead generation, and business development Strong communication and sales skills Ability to work independently and remotely Excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of the knowledge workers' productivity suite is a plus Experience in the tech industry is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Responsibilities Identify and research target companies and decision-makers Build and maintain a pipeline of potential leads Use outbound tools (e.G., Apollo, LinkedIn, HubSpot) to generate interest Respond promptly to inbound leads from marketing channels Craft and send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages Conduct cold calls to engage prospects directly Run multi-touch outreach sequences to maximize contact chances Adjust messaging based on industry and role Initiate discovery conversations to assess fit and interest Ask the right questions to identify pain points and buying intent Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) Disqualify leads that don’t meet criteria to focus on high-value prospects Schedule discovery or demo calls for
