A tua missão Dar suporte à gestão de projetos, garantindo organização, clareza na comunicação e acompanhamento dos principais indicadores. Irás: Apoiar na organização e atualização de documentação de projeto Preparar reports, apresentações e sínteses de informação Reunir, consolidar e comunicar dados relevantes aos stakeholders Acompanhar atividades, deadlines e entregáveis Auxiliar a equipa de gestão de projeto na monitorização de KPIs Identificar riscos básicos e apoiar no seu acompanhamento Contribuir para a melhoria contínua de processos internos Regimehíbrido: 1 a 2 dias presenciais Local:LisboaHorário:9h–18h, 2ª a 6ª feiraRequisitos Licenciatura (preferencial: Gestão, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas similares) Experiênciarelevante Excelente capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita Facilidade em lidar com diferentes stakeholders Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e gerir prioridades Organização, autonomia e atenção ao detalhe Boa capacidade analítica e espírito colaborativoVantagens Condições contratuais flexíveis Oportunidade de crescimento e aprendizagem contínua Ambiente colaborativo e suporte próximo da equipa Wondercom
