Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and delivering training and product demonstrations. The role requires availability for in-office collaboration and the flexibility to work from home as needed. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships Experience in Sales and an ability to effectively close deals and meet targets Proficiency in Sales Management, including strategizing and overseeing sales operations Experience in training clients or team members on products and services Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in hybrid work environments Familiarity with digital media and creative industries is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
