BlackFin's portfolio companies is a leading German capital management company (KVG) with more than €400 billion in assets under administration, serving institutional investors across Europe. BlackFin Capital Partners is a European private equity firm specializing in investments in high-growth financial services companies. The firm currently manages over €4 billion in assets and invests through its two most recent funds: BlackFin Financial Services Fund IV (€1.8 billion) and BlackFin Tech 2 (€390 million). ASPORTO is being established as a dedicated and strategic Service Center for the capital management company. It is designed to serve as a key operational hub, delivering high-quality fund accounting and management company services while setting new benchmarks in scalability, process efficiency, and service excellence. This role is with ASPORTO and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the development and long-term success of the Porto platform. We are seeking Senior Specialist to join our Middle Office Services team in our Porto office. Your Responsibilities: Expertise & Oversight: Serve as the primary point of expertise for complex invoice management topics, supporting and overseeing daily processing across all invoice types. Develop into the key expert for the dedicated invoice processing team. Reconciliation & Compliance: Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, ensuring all activities comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Knowledge
