ASPORTO is being established as a dedicated and strategic Service Center for the capital management company. It is designed to serve as a key operational hub, delivering high-quality fund accounting and management company services while setting new benchmarks in scalability, process efficiency, and service excellence.

This role is with ASPORTO and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the development and long-term success of the Porto platform.

We are seeking Junior Specialists to join our Middle Office Services team in our Porto office.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Processing: Participate in the daily processing of various invoice types, gaining hands-on experience and working towards becoming an expert within the dedicated invoice processing team
  • Reconciliation & Compliance: Assist in investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks, ensuring all activities adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Client Service & Process Improvement: Deliver excellent client service within our standard operating model, while actively supporting continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and create capacity
  • Communication: Manage internal and external queries professionally, ensuring clear and timely communication with stakeholders

Your Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Hands-on approach with a strong sense of teamwork
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex matters independently
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned topics, and deliver solutions under time pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English
