#ABOUTTHEROLE

We are looking for a motivated sales consultant, interested in global mobility, and RCBI programs, not only in Portugal, to join a successful and thriving team.

#ABOUTTHEJOB

  • Specialized know-how in the solutions offered by the company.
  • Liaise with prospective clients and manage own sales pipeline.
  • Ability and confidence to clearly explain GCS value proposition and close leads.
  • Achieve growth sales targets, with an uncapped commission scheme.
  • Build and promote strong relationships with the industry by partnering with key stakeholders and understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Global perspective of social, political and economic challenges that impact the business and clients' expectations / motivations, being on top of trends and relevant issues.
  • Work closely and give market feedback to the marketing team.
  • Host video calls with prospective and existing clients.
  • Help organize knowledge base of information.
  • Manage CRM and sales operation tools.

#ABOUTYOU

  • Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English – REQUIRED.
  • Provide prospective clients with expert advice on the programs offered by Global Citizen Solutions.
  • Be a hunter, driven to win and close deals every day.
  • Be very organized, process and results driven, with a great knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Be a go-getter, who understands how to build and manage their own pipeline of opportunities and follow-ups.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language. A 3rd language is a definitive plus.
  • Experienced in using CRM on a daily basis.
  • Experienced with account management and on-boarding of clients.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills toward efficiently communicating business processes and solutions.
  • Have organization skills and be a team player.
  • Real estate, wealth management or legal background a plus.
