The role - Microsoft 365 Administrator
As a Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will manage the deployment, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 services for our clients. You will ensure the security, performance, and compliance of these cloud-based tools. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: :

  • Manage and Support Microsoft 365 Services: Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 tools including Exchange
  • Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and PowerShell scripting
  • Provide second-line support and resolve technical issues
  • Explore new possibilities of the Microsoft 365 Suite.
Your profile
  • You have completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • You have at least 5 years as a Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102 is recommended)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security configurations: MFA, DLP, retention policies, and other compliance measures
  • Experience in automation scripts with PowerShell and/or Python
  • Experience of leading, coaching and coordinating people will be considered as an advantage
  • Microsoft Certifications are an advantage
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
