Contact Center Analyst – Spanish Speaking Lisbon, Portugal Homebased/Remote The Contact Center Analyst will be the primary contact for providing assistance for laboratory systems, sample logistics, and clinical trial site staff. Essential Functions Processes and provides first level support for technical assistance and administrative inbound contacts Communicates with end users to clarify and define requirements. Resolves various routine problems and escalates the more complex issues to the appropriate support area for resolution. Maintains call information in database using commercial software. Qualifications College certificate or equivalent experience Knowledge of Pharma industry is a plus Previous experience in a Call Center with technology support or clinical a plus Mandatory Skills Fluent in English Fluent in Spanish Windows Operating System Microsoft Office Why Join?
