We're looking for aPMO & QM Assistanceto join our team What will you do? • Support Program organization and PMO activities. • Maintain Program roadmaps and status reporting. • Coordinate Program meetings and ensure follow-up on actions and decisions. • Manage team lists, distribution lists, and user access (on/offboarding). • Plan and coordinate Program activities, including steering committees and supplier meetings. • Support Travel Management Program activities. • Facilitate Program meetings and technical onboarding. • Maintain collaboration platforms for internal and external stakeholders (SharePoint, Teams). • Ensure Program compliance with IT quality standards and processes. • Act as a sparring partner to Project Managers with an agile mindset. • Prepare, plan, and coordinate Program-level milestones and Quality Gates. • Ensure completion of mandatory quality documentation and checklists. • Monitor adherence to guidelines and best practices across projects. • Coach and support project and demand leads on quality processes. • Support escalations and provide guidance on quality risks and issues. • Support legal and compliance topics and ensure formal project requirements. • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. • Support and facilitate quality management throughout the Program lifecycle. What do you need to know? • Minimum 3 years experience in PMO assistance role • Experience with PMO tools • Strong knowledge of Quality Management processes, including Q-Gates • Experience in project management methodologies • Fluency in English
