About the Role We are looking for aGuest Relations Assistantto support the daily operations of our short-term rental properties in Lisbon. We are seeking someone communicative, organized, and responsible, with a genuine interest in hospitality and direct interaction with guests. In this role, you will be at the heart of the guest experience: ensuring a warm and smooth check-in, assisting with apartment management, and making sure everything runs seamlessly throughout each stay. Main Responsibilities Perform check-ins and check-outs in Lisbon. Assist guests before, during, and after their stay, both in person and through digital communication channels. Inspect apartments between stays to ensure quality and proper condition. Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams. Report needs, issues, and operational improvements. Support simple administrative tasks related to reservations and daily operations. Contribute to delivering an excellent guest experience. What We Are Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills inPortuguese and English(required). Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. Ability to solve problems independently and efficiently. Driver's license (preferred butnot mandatory). Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or short-term rentals is valued but not essential. Work Location The position isbased exclusively in Lisbon. The company operates in other cities, but this role doesnotrequire travel outside Lisbon. Working Hours Monday to Friday No weekends What We Offer Compensation starting from €1,000/month(IEFP internship grant + meal allowance).
