This company provides its clients with services, systems and products while ensuring its top quality If you speak fluent German and you would like to work in Lisbon, reach out to us The Offer: Help customers resolve technical problems associated with the products or services; Assist clients on the telephone, email and other channels in a genuine manner; Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer; Identify, study and propose a solution for the technical issue; Provide good customer service, making sure the client is always happy once the interaction is finished; Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service; Be up to date with all developments in the technical area of work, to ensure you are always informed Requirements: Excellent communication skills in German and fluency in English Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus Genuine care giver.
