IT Support Technician

- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and basic networking issues.
- Document solutions and technical knowledge in manuals and notes.
- Configure and install computers across MacOS, Windows, and Linux.
- Maintain IT infrastructure and commonly used local and cloud applications.
- Provide technical support via email, phone, chat, and in-person across all offices.
- Ensure proper issue tracking using Miniclip's internal ticketing system.
- Manage IT inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Collaborate with IT teams and departments like Finance, HR, and Legal to meet technology needs.
- Oversee software license requests, assignments, and vendor communications.
- Handle hardware requests, define departmental standards, and find cost-effective resellers.
Project Management:
- Actively support IT projects and contribute to their success.
- Work with project managers and teams to meet project milestones efficiently.
We seek a skilled communicator with a strong technical background, excellent social skills, and a team-oriented mindset. The candidate should be passionate, dedicated, and eager to improve existing solutions while contributing new ideas.
Key Skills:
- Computer hardware, systems, and software
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Basic project management methodologies
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT support experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
