Job Description: German-Speaking Customer Advisor (Web Services) – Remote in Porto Are you a customer service enthusiast with a passion for web services? Key Responsibilities: As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities include: Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their inquiries and providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Web Services Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the company's web services, offering accurate, clear, and helpful information to customers. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver personalized solutions that meet their needs. Communication: Communicate professionally, empathetically, and clearly with customers, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. Collaboration: Work with colleagues across various departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service. Customer Feedback: Collect valuable feedback from customers to share with the company for service improvements. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, solutions, and feedback in our internal systems. Requirements: Language Skills: Fluent in German and at least intermediate English (B2). You should be able to effectively communicate in both languages. Experience: Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued. Skills:Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide quick, effective solutions.
