Strong experience administering Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket). Experience with large-scale, multi-instance enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise in Jira Service Management (ITSM) configuration and automation. Ability to design, standardize, and scale Atlassian platforms. Experience with user provisioning and identity management, ideally via Entra ID (Azure AD). Proficiency in workflows, permissions, dashboards, and automations. Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance. Ability to integrate Atlassian tools with external systems (APIs, CI/CD, collaboration tools). Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on, including user support. Atlassian certifications are a plus. Portuguese and English level B2 or higher; Residencyin Portugal.
