DIGITALL operates on a global scale with over 1,500 employees across 28 offices in 13 countries located in Europe and North America. **Your Responsibilities**: - Developing customer required platforms based on Atlassian tool stacks (Focus: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence); - Administration & configuration of Atlassian-Tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) plus extensions via Marketplace Apps; - Support the automation processes for the Atlassian platforms based on cloud technologies as on virtualization platforms; - Collaboration in set up, configuration and go live of monitoring systems for Atlassian solutions in general. **Your Qualifications**: - Practical knowhow of running Atlassian environments in private server/datacenter environments; - Good practical experience with other ITSM / ESM solutions (like ServiceNow, BMC, etc.); - Experience in creating costume workflows with Jira Service Management / Jira Software and Confluence; - Practical knowhow in Atlassian cloud migration projects (Server/DC -> Cloud); - Perfectly knowhow of Docker and RESTful API; - Understand platform architectures; - Experience with working in agile environments; - Requirements engineering experience (define user-stories, acceptance criteria, definition of done); - First knowledge in test automation would be great (like Gherkin, Cucumber or similar); - Experience in Atlassian release management. **Your Benefits**: - [Participation in the company?s success & performance-based salary package - [Voluntary benefits (including meal subsidy) & special leave - [Work-life balance through flexible working hours & the possibility to work from home - [Diverse training and certification options, regular employee appraisals - [Team events & company celebrations - [30 days? vacation - [Company health insurance - [Child Allowance - [Working with modern & innovative technologies
