Join us in shaping the future of software technology What we are looking for: To support us on our mission, we're looking for a structured and proactive Sales Desk Associate (m/f/d) to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you'll support day-to-day operations, ensure process execution, and coordinate across teams. You'll serve as the internal anchor that keeps our sales engine running efficiently - clearing roadblocks, accelerating deal cycles, and enabling our sales reps to focus on what they do best: closing deals. Qualify inbound leads and assign them to the right sales reps Assist in the creation of quotes and contracts, and ensure accurate CRM updates Coordinate closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance to drive deals forward Monitor pipeline hygiene and support forecasting accuracy Maintain internal documentation and process playbooks Ensure compliance with approval workflows and pricing policies Basic Qualifications: Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Easy to work with Sense of urgency Initial commercial experience Strong attention to detail with a reliable, structured approach to work Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Experience of using CRM systems such as HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and customer data Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch are mandatory; other languages are a plus Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience in a B2B SaaS or fast-growing tech environment Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs Comfort working in cross-functional teams and supporting multiple stakeholders What we offer: Flexible working hours Potential for personal and professional development A fun, creative and supportive team Be part of a fast growing company with a lot of opportunity for advancement Are you ready for exciting tasks in an agile work environment with a both professional and collegial atmosphere?
