As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedHR & Admin Assistant (Part-Time)to support our People & Office team in Lisbon. This is atemporary position, expected to last around 4 months, ideal for someone proactive, organized, and eager to develop experience in Human Resources and Office Management. What You'll Do Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new joiners feel welcomed and well-informed Maintain HR records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality Contribute to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives Assist in organizing training sessions, performance cycles, and internal events Provide day-to-day support to HR and office operations in coordination with the People & Office Manager What We're Looking For Degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field Fluency in English (written and spoken) Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn What We Offer Part-time temporary contract (approx. 4 months) based in Lisbon Hybrid work model – up to 50% remote Continuous learning and on-the-job development Access to internal resources and external training opportunities A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment across our offices in Portugal, UK, and Spain At LGG Advisors, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
