If you have experience collaborating with several stakeholders in a dynamic industry, managing relationships with Influencers as well as helping to grow and take care of a great network, this opportunity is for you What are you going to do? Identify and research gaming influencers and content creators whose values and interests align with our brand and target audience to extend our influencer network reach. Build strong relationships with gaming influencers and content creators to drive promotion of our products and services, providing ongoing support throughout their engagement with Aptoide. Develop and implement successful influencer marketing campaigns, including negotiating partnerships, recommending compelling content, and monitoring campaign performance. Foster effective collaboration with internal teams, such as marketing, social media, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns. Collaborate externally with content creators across diverse mediums to produce high-quality content. Analyse campaign data and provide regular reports. Establish and enhance Aptoide's reputation as a reliable and supportive partner in the content creator industry by always representing the company positively. Other duties as required. What are we looking for?Mandatory Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal teams using your excellent communication skills Attention to detail and a high standard of written English. Keen social media user with in-depth knowledge of YouTube and TikTok, and willing to learn more about Discord and Twitch. Knowledge on how to do research on influencer selection. General marketing knowledge Nice To Have Experience in influencer partnerships or influencer marketing. Knowledge of the gaming industry, including popular games, influencers, and content creators. Recruitment StepsAbout our Recruitment ProcessWe want our Recruitment process to be as agile and fast as possible. Therefore we always try to take less than a week between all of the four stages below (less than 1 month). Application (20min)- This stage involves sharing your CV, Cover Letter (optional) and answering some culture related questions via video. Phone Call (10min)- Our People Team will be doing a short call with you inviting you to a Technical Interview. Technical Challenge Technical Interview (1hour)- You'll be having a Technical Interview with our Hiring Managers.
