**Who you are**:
We are looking for a Community & Influencer Partnerships Representative to join our team at Aptoide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, community-driven environment and is passionate about building positive spaces for gaming communities—especially on Discord. You’ll take charge of managing and moderating our Discord server, supporting internal team operations, and assisting with influencer partnerships when needed.

**What are you going to do?**:

- ** Support & Administrative Tasks**- Provide daily operational support to the Influencer Partnerships team, including internal documentation, reporting, and task coordination.
- Help manage influencer onboarding processes, contracts, and communications.
- Track community feedback and flag relevant insights for internal teams.

**Discord Moderation & Community Management**
- Oversee day-to-day moderation of our official Discord server, ensuring it remains a safe, welcoming, and engaging space for members.
- Enforce community guidelines and escalate any issues appropriately.
- Plan and run events or community initiatives to foster engagement and strengthen user relationships.
- Manage user roles, bots, channels, and server structure as needed.
- **Influencer Support**- Assist in researching and identifying gaming influencers aligned with our brand.
- Support ongoing influencer campaigns by coordinating content timelines, tracking deliverables, and helping with communication.
- Maintain influencer databases and performance logs.

**️ What are we looking for?**:
**Mandatory**:

- Prior experience moderating or managing a Discord server, especially in a gaming or content creator context.
- Highly organised, dependable, and detail-oriented with excellent written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can keep a community running and support a team at the same time.
- Familiar with the gaming and content creator landscape, particularly on Discord.
- Comfortable juggling community engagement with administrative tasks.

**Nice To Have**:

- Experience with influencer marketing, community events, or creator outreach.
- Familiar with the gaming and content creator landscape on YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch.
- Understanding of current gaming trends and what makes online communities thrive.
