Here, prepare yourself to conquer your goals, while enjoying the journey. We are currently looking for Manual QA TesterRequirements: Job Description:A Manual QA Tester is responsible for validating software quality by executing test cases, identifying defects, documenting findings, and ensuring that applications meet functional requirements. They collaborate with developers and BAs to ensure that issues are resolved, and the final product delivers a consistent and error‑free user experience.

Skills

Test case creation & execution (manual testing)Functional testingRegression & Exploratory testingDefect reportingRequirements analysisTest documentation. API testing (manual)Quality Management tools (Jira, ADO, etc..)Creation and maintenance of test cases and test plans for management tool (Jira, ADO, etc..)Agile/Scrum understandingKnowledge in QA best practices and standardsCommunication & collaboration skillsTest Automation Knowledge (Nice to Have)Seniority:Bachelor + Master + 2 years of relevant experienceOR Bachelor + 5 years of relevant experienceISTQB Certification or similar Location: Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra and the working model will be hybrid.
