Working as part of the Customer Service Department to provide the best level of support to our customers. Your duties may include any aspect of customer service and support, including (but not limited to): Acknowledging and answering customer requests coming from various channels (for instance email, chat, contact form, calls); Handling tickets (email) coming from builders and/or homeowners asking general queries or refunds for services incomplete or not done. Calling users to speed up resolution and facilitate conversations (email to call). Managing back-office activities that may result in outbound calls; Making outgoing calls to promote our product, to ensure customers are successful, collect feedback/ data or for other purposes to support the company strategy; Maintaining customer records via the internal CRM; Delivering against objectives, policies and deadlines set by your manager; Giving transparency about your day-to-day work to your management; Providing feedback to help improve operations processes; Escalating enquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 16,000.00€ - 18,000.00€ per year
