As Finance And Accounting Controller You Will Report monthly, quarterly, and annual closings; Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with IFRS/GAAP/SNC and internal policies; Manage General Ledger activities, reconciliations, provisions, and journal entries; Oversee group consolidation and reporting; Provide variance analyses (actual vs forecast/budget) and performance insights; Support FP&A and business teams in planning, forecasting, and budgeting; Ensure strong internal controls across financial processes; Support internal and external audits; Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and corporate governance; Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting and reporting processes; Support ERP and financial tools implementation and optimization; Drive continuous improvement for accuracy, speed, and transparency of financial information; Act as a trusted financial advisor to management; Collaborate with operations, commercial, HR, and procurement teams.
