Technical Customer Support (SQL / Tech) Location Portugal – TP DouroRemote (On-site 1 day per quarter) Start Date 2 February 2026 About the Role As a Technical Customer Support Specialist , you will support customers by resolving technical and data-related issues, with a strong focus on SQL-based problem solving. You will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring high service quality and long-term customer satisfaction. What Youll Do Provide technical and customer support via email and phone Analyze and resolve customer issues related to data, system usage, and SQL queries Act as a customer advocate, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution Collaborate with internal technical and product teams Proactively suggest improvements to tools, processes, and customer experience Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal support procedures What Youll Need Native-level French (written and verbal) – mandatory English proficiency at B2 level – mandatory Strong technical mindset with SQL / data analysis knowledge is MANDATORY Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly High attention to detail and analytical thinking Comfortable working in a mostly remote setup Benefits Stable employment with career growth opportunities Continuous training and technical skill development Health insurance from day one Flexible remote working model Relocation support (if applicable) Free Portuguese language courses No relocation package.
