**Dutch-speaking Technical Advisor in Lisbon (English)**
The role
You will solve consumer’s doubts and general inquiries while empowering your technical skills and building long-lasting relationships with clients through product support and troubleshooting.

This is your New Job in Lisbon if
- You have a proficient level of Dutch and you are fluent in English
- You are open to learn everything about new technologies
- You have some experience in technical troubleshooting and/or customer support
- You are able to work in a rotating shift schedule
Your day to day at work
- Respond to inbound customer requests
- Document relevant case information
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
