Find out more about us at Role Overview: We are looking for a Project Manager Gen AI to join a leading energy company in Portugal where innovation, sustainability, and excellence are the pillars of their success. What you will do: End-to-end management of projects related to Generative AI , from requirements definition to delivery and performance monitoring; Internal promotion of Generative AI initiatives , encouraging practical application in business-relevant contexts; Facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical teams , ensuring alignment of expectations, mutual understanding, and focus on objectives; Designing and delivering training and capacity-building sessions on Gen AI concepts and applications, tailored to different internal audiences; Keepingup with technological developments in the field and proposing new application opportunities; Promoting a culture of experimentation, responsible innovation, and continuous learning. What you are like: Experience in managing technology projects, preferably with prior involvement in AI or digital transformation initiatives; Good understanding of Generative AI concepts and tools (e.G., LLMs, copilots, content automation, etc.); Clear and empathetic communication skills , with the ability to adapt language for different audiences (technical and business); Experience with OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, will be a plus; Proactive mindset and initiative in driving innovative projects; Experience (or strong interest) in facilitating training sessions, workshops, or awareness initiatives on Gen AI; Results-oriented profile with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
