You will help German travelers easily research and book their trips. Its websites include , Vrbo, , , Orbitz, Travelocity, Trivago and and provide access to exclusive savings on hotels, flights, cars, and travel for the ultimate travel experience. Your responsibilities: Quick and effective customer assistance with questions regarding hotel bookings Solve inquiries on topics such as hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates of existing bookings Professional management of customer data, booking changes, adjustments, and any other customer concerns Customer care for various partner companies in the Expedia network Requirements Native or C2 level of German. Fluent level of English. Previous experience in customer service within online or face to face environments (not mandatory). Previous experience and/or education within the Tourism sector (not mandatory). Good listener, patient person with excellent soft skills. Good team player. Ability to work under pressure with deadlines being able to solve issues with customers.
