Introduction & SummaryWe are seeking a skilledServiceNow Developerto join our team, responsible for defining and implementing technical and business requirements for the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and digital transformation, providing insightful and strategic advice to enhance organizational performance. Main ResponsibilitiesThe ServiceNow Developer will have core duties including: Defining and implementing technical and business requirements to implement the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, etc.). Acting as a senior developer across all aspects of ServiceNow project and solution delivery. Overseeing application and workflow configuration. Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components. Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved performance. Working closely with ServiceNow technical teams. Contributing to clients' business development. Supporting the management team. Key Requirements Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow frameworks. Ability to define and implement technical and business requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
