About The Job The Credit Risk - Regulatory Reporting Senior Officer with his team contributes to the Credit Risk RWA computation and analysis, contributing to the calculation of the Group Basel solvency ratio and Pillar 3 disclosures (includes Group Accounting to Risk Reconciliation), Regulatory Reporting at Group and sub-consolidated level (COREP Own Funds/Large Exposures/Leverage Ratio, International Commitments, Pillar 2 - Short Term Exercise, G-SIB, Basel Monitoring - Quantitative Impact Study), Data quality and process optimization and supporting his manager in his role Your Main Activities Are Production, collection and control of risk data (credit, counterparty) in the different tools (ARC, SRS, Data Base) Prepare the support documentation for each report validation meeting and present the validation meeting to the management and the different stakeholders Coordinate and interact with the different process stakeholders Participation on Credit & Regulatory Reporting Quarterly Synthesis Data Quality reporting Participate in the different projects linked to regulatory evolutions, reporting evolutions, process improvements, regulators requests, IT developments, sourcing evolutions Strive for quality and efficiency improvement through actively revising and improving processes, procedures and data quality, including actively participating in the testing phases Onboarding and operational training of the new team members Provide support in the preparation and delivery of the regulatory reports Take part of new projects, especially related to new regulatory frameworks, like Basel IV, in order to achieve group objectives Profile And Skills To Success Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting Up to 2 years of professional experience in Risk and Controls Proficient knowledge of MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel Fluent in English, verbal and written Good communication skills Team player and able to collaborate Attention to detail and rigor Analytical ability careerboost Why joining BNP Paribas?
