O nosso foco na inovação, transparência e crescimento, combinado com o nosso compromisso de melhoria contínua e um espírito de colaboração, impulsiona o nosso sucesso Se o teu objetivo é fazer parte de uma empresa dinâmica, a Lovely Stay é o teu ponto de partida Responsabilidades: - Supervisionar e garantir os padrões de qualidade em todas as propriedades geridas, assegurando consistência na qualidade e satisfação dos hóspedes; - Liderar a comunicação e coordenação com fornecedores, como serviços de limpeza e manutenção, para otimizar a qualidade de serviço em todas as reservas; - Realizar inspeções detalhadas e identificar proativamente áreas para melhoria na gestão de propriedades; - Desenvolver e implementar processos otimizados nos departamentos operacionais, melhorando a eficiência e a experiência do hóspede; - Preparar e apresentar relatórios periódicos detalhados sobre o desempenho, manutenção e melhorias das propriedades; - Orientar membros juniores da equipa, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e de crescimento; - Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com o Property Care Team Leader em iniciativas estratégicas e assumir tarefas complexas e de alta prioridade.

Requisitos : Requisitos: - Formação académica em Turismo, Hotelaria ou áreas relacionadas; - Experiência comprovada em gestão de propriedades ou em hospitalidade, idealmente com funções de liderança; - Inglês fluente (outros idiomas são uma mais-valia); - Excelentes competências de serviço ao cliente, com capacidade para resolver situações desafiadoras de forma diplomática e profissional; - Perfil altamente organizado, detalhista, proativo e flexível, com fortes capacidades de resolução de problemas; - Disponibilidade para turnos rotativos e folgas flexíveis, conforme necessário.
