Currently, we're looking for Senior Procurement Agent, in order to support Global Sourcing and Procurement operative functions. YOUR MISSIONThe Senior ProcurementAgent plays a key role in executing and supporting operational purchasingactivities, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with procurementpolicies. Acting as a critical operational link between business stakeholdersand the supplier base, this role contributes to efficient and compliantprocurement processes. As such, the position isresponsible for reviewing purchase requisitions, converting them into purchaseorders, and ensuring timely issuance to suppliers. This position monitors acknowledgments and delivery timelines and updates procurement systems.Additionally, this role performs compliance checks, coordinates with suppliersand sourcing teams to apply category strategies and assists requestors withprocurement-related queries. Beyond transactionalactivities, the Senior Procurement Agent contributes to continuous improvementinitiatives, including process optimization and catalog management, and mayperform procurement analytics and performance monitoring. This position also managescomplaints for non-strategic suppliers and acts as a first level of support foroperational discrepancies, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and adherence tocompany policies. YOUR PROFILEBachelor Degree or equivalentLanguage RequirementsEnglish (Mandatory)Fluency in French and/or Italian is a real plusProfessional Qualifications andExperience 2–4 years of experience in operational procurement or purchasing rolesStrong knowledge of SAP Ariba and procurement workflows (senior positions)Prior experience in procurement operations or transactional buying is preferred(junior positions) Other SkillsRigor & compliance (ensure procurement processes follow company policies)Efficiency (deliver accurate and timely PO creation)Business orientation (support internal stakeholders and resolve issues quickly)Ownership (take accountability for assigned compliance checks)Communication (effectively interact with both internal users and externalsuppliers) By applying to this vacancy, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the processing of his/her personal data included in the job application.
