Your Superpowers Include: Language Mastery: German at a native or C2 level, with English at B2 or higher. Tech Enthusiasm: A knack for digital platforms and troubleshooting is a bonus Customer Focus: A natural ability to assist customers with professionalism and empathy. Flexibility: Comfort with rotational shifts and dynamic workflows. Your Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: 1,010 EUR (14 payments/year) Performance Bonus: Up to 100 EUR/month for meeting KPIs Position Bonus for Braga: 20 EUR/ month ( Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day Transport Allowance: 20 EUR/month Health Insurance:Coverage from Day 1 (small contribution required).
