No âmbito de um projeto no setor farmacêutico, encontramo-nos a recrutar um(a) profissional que atuará em representação de um prestigiado cliente, para a seguinte função: Top Customers Sell Out Coordinator. Missão da Função: Garantir a excelência na execução das estratégias de sell out: • Coordenação e suporte às equipas de sell out, incluindo a gestão logística de materiais em articulação com o armazém; • Assegurar o acompanhamento dos principais clientes (Top Customers) a nível nacional, com foco em merchandising, conquista de visibilidade extra premium e formação especializada às equipas das Farmácias por forma a garantir a recomendação das marcas Principais Responsabilidades: • Realizar acompanhamento direto dos Top Customers, garantir a implementação de ações de merchandising e conquista de visibilidade extra premium; • Monitorizar a execução das estratégias de visibilidade e materiais promocionais, por forma a garantir a conformidade com guidelines da marca; • Agendar formações premium para Top Customers, reforçar conhecimento sobre produtos e boas práticas de recomendação; • Garantir uma comunicação fluida entre equipas internas, clientes e parceiros, promovendo sinergias e excelência na execução; • Coordenar e apoiar as equipas de sell out em todo o país, assegurar o alinhamento com os objetivos de execução no ponto de venda; • Dar suporte às equipas de terreno na gestão logística de materiais, assegurando a articulação eficaz com o armazém e cumprimento dos prazos; • Analisar indicadores de performance (KPIs) e propor ajustes para garantir o cumprimentos dos objetivos Perfil do Candidato: • Licenciatura na área da Saúde, preferencialmente Farmácia ou Ciências Farmacêuticas; • Experiência mínima de 1 ano no sector Pharma, preferencialmente com experiência de coordenação de equipas; • Forte capacidade de organização, planeamento e gestão de prioridades; • Orientação para resultados e capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão; • Competências de liderança, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal; • Disponibilidade para deslocações a nível nacional; • Bons conhecimentos informáticos ao nível das ferramentas Office, nomeadamente excel; • Carta de condução.
