The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team within the property industry. Principais responsabilidades Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets within the property sector. Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value property deals. Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Perfil desejado Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the property industry. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and team management capabilities. Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
