Somos a principal referência em Portugal na implementação de soluções Odoo, ajudando empresas a otimizar os seus processos através de software ERP personalizado e inovador. Com uma equipa altamente especializada e em constante crescimento, temos como missão transformar a forma como as empresas operam, proporcionando-lhes a melhor experiência tecnológica.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gerir e fortalecer o relacionamento com os nossos clientes, garantindo que eles alcançam os seus objetivos de negócio através da nossa solução Odoo;
  • Acompanhar a implementação e utilização do Odoo, oferecendo apoio contínuo e soluções personalizadas para maximizar os resultados;
  • Monitorizar o sucesso dos clientes, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e atuando proativamente para garantir a satisfação total;
  • Colaborar com as equipas internas (consultoria, implementação, suporte técnico) para garantir uma integração perfeita e uma experiência do cliente excecional;
  • Identificar oportunidades de expansão de contas, como upselling e cross-selling, contribuindo para o crescimento contínuo da empresa.
  • Preparar relatórios regulares e apresentações sobre o desempenho dos clientes e as oportunidades de melhoria.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções de Customer Success, Account Management ou áreas similares, preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia ou implementação de software;
  • Conhecimento ou experiência com soluções ERP, particularmente Odoo, será uma vantagem (não obrigatório, mas valorizado);
  • Fortes habilidades de comunicação, tanto em português quanto em inglês.

Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e em equipa, com um forte foco em resultados e satisfação do cliente;

  • Proatividade, capacidade de resolução de problemas e pensamento estratégico;
  • Experiência em gestão de contas e identificação de oportunidades de crescimento , será um diferencial.
