We are looking for aSenior Technical Expertfor this projectKey ResponsibilitiesProvide global Level 1 and Level 2 support for Silva products based on Service Now SPM and ITSMResolve incidents and service requests, including RITMs, ensuring SLA and service quality complianceMaintain and optimise the Silva Service Catalogue within Service NowDeliver user training sessions and support data change and improvement projectsContribute to demand, project, and product portfolio management processes (SPM)Key SkillsStrong expertise in Service Now, including SPM and ITSM modulesSolid experience as a Senior Technical Expert / Silva Officer (3–5 years)In-depth knowledge of ITIL v4 principles and IPCR management processesExcellent problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindsetAbility to operate effectively in an English-speaking, global environmentWhat do we offer?
