Customer Service Portuguese C1-C2 + English B2Provide support to advertisers using digital advertising tools, ensuring issue resolution and a quality service experience. Your RoleProvide B2B customer support for advertisers Manage product troubleshooting across email and chat Collaborate with Product Operations & Engineering for complex resolutions Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication Deliver product guidance and usage support Maintain case accuracy, updates, and documentation Contribute to improvements in service processes RequirementsPortuguese C1-C2 Experience on paid campaign management is mandatory Degree in Marketing or related field Experience in Digital Marketing Experience in a Contact Centre / Advertising Tech program Strong knowledge of social media and advertising basics Customer service orientation Teamwork and independent working ability Valid work permit for Portugal required no visa sponsorship provided OthersGrowth within a multicultural, digital-first environment Valid work permit for Portugal required no visa sponsorship provided.
