- What you'll do- Ensuring the team’s development, monitoring and evaluation;
- Motivating the team;
- Managing the team daily, according to internal policies;
- Ensuring the accomplishment of the Key Performance Indicators;
- Developing action plans for continuous improvement.- What you'll need- Fluency in Portuguese (Native level);
- Fluency in English (B2 level);
- Experience as supervisor/leadership positions;
- Experience with customer service and live channels;
- Analytical ability, decision making, and team player;-
