PrimeIT is a leading company with over 18 years of experience in providing IT, Telecommunications, and Engineering technological services. Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies. We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for this project Responsibilities: Own and manage the end-to-end service delivery for Modern Device services, including Windows Edition V2 and legacy products. Ensure incident, problem, and change processes are executed in line with global IT and security standards. Lead operational governance with stakeholders, managing SLA/KPI reporting, service performance, and improvement plans. Coordinate and control vendors and third parties to ensure service quality and delivery consistency. Validate operational readiness and quality objectives before product or feature deployment to production. What are we looking for? 5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery or Service Management roles. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) with ITIL certification or equivalent. Proven experience managing client relationships within a global, multicultural environment. Solid understanding of service quality frameworks, compliance, and security requirements. What do we offer?
