About the Role We're looking for a proactive and organized professional to drive our internal operations forward. As a Finance & Office Admin, you'll take ownership of key financial and administrative routines while leading small internal projects and coordinating both internal teams and external providers to make things happen and keep the company running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Oversee and improve financial and administrative workflows (invoicing, payroll, reporting). Lead internal improvement projects and ensure timely execution. Coordinate internal staff and external accounting partners. Identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase efficiency. What We're Looking For Solid experience in office admin / finance roles. Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience leading people and coordinating external providers. Hands-on with ERP/accounting tools and Excel. Detail-oriented, reliable, and execution-driven.
